Two cups of bedding - a sandwich-sized Ziploc bag is sufficient. Freeze immediately; samples must remain cold or preferably frozen throughout shipping. Refer to Best Practice: Bedding (link) for information on Sample Collection.

Description
It is advisable to discuss how you will use bedding culture results with a veterinarian or other advisor before sending in samples.
Results reported: cfu/ml Bacillus, Coliforms (% Klebsiella), Environmental Streps, Staph species, Total Gram Negatives, Total
Dry matter and pH testing may be performed upon request by an outsourced lab for additional fees. Results for those tests will be delayed due to outsourcing.
