Important Update: Revised Fee Structure Effective August 10, 2026

Dear Stakeholders,

Please be advised that the University of Minnesota Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (UMN VDL) in St. Paul and the Minnesota Poultry Testing Laboratory (MPTL) in Willmar will implement a revised fee structure for select diagnostic tests, effective August 10, 2026. The accession fee will remain unchanged at $10.00 per accession and is not affected by this fee revision.The updated pricing will be posted on our website by August 11, 2026.

Tests & Fees

This decision reflects our ongoing commitment to providing accurate, reliable, and timely diagnostic services to veterinarians, livestock producers, and animal owners across Minnesota and the United States. To sustain this standard of excellence amidst rising supply and labor expenses, modest price adjustments have become necessary.
