VDL Announces Revised Testing Fees

Dear VDL Clients,

We will be implementing fee increases that will go into effect on July 22, 2024. We are not
implementing an increase across the board, but rather strategic increases that will affect some
tests more than others. While the overall increase accounts for a 4% increase, some tests will
remain the same price, while others are seeing a larger increase. The fee increases are needed to
account for inflationary pressures on the cost of supplies and salaries. We have made many
changes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiencies and we remain committed to
providing excellent service to you.

Please find attached a document with the new fees. Our website will also be updated to reflect
the new fees by July 22, 2024.
