Specimen Requirements
2 tablespoons/30ml of fecal material. This will allow for an adequate sample volume to properly conduct each test. If submitting fecal swabs (not recommended), please submit at least three swabs per animal.

Age 0-7 days: Aerobic, Anaerobic, and Salmonella culture, Bovine coronavirus PCR, Bovine rotavirus PCR, Cryptosporidium/Giardia IFA.
Age 8 days - 12 weeks: Aerobic and Salmonella culture, Bovine coronavirus PCR, Bovine rotavirus PCR, Fecal Float Cryptosporidium/Giardia IFA.
Age 13 weeks - 11 months: Aerobic and Salmonella culture, Bovine coronavirus PCR, Fecal Float.
Age 12 months +: Aerobic and Salmonella culture, Bovine coronavirus PCR, Fecal Float, Mycobacterium paratuberculosis PCR.
